Job Facts:

As the Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will be the owner of SalesForce our CRM system and MDM for our customer database. You will be responsible for the design and development of automated systems to track, analyze, maintain and monitor complex business data. You will analyze business operations to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. You will gather, compile and synthesize information with regard to technology processes or systems. You will develop design and functional specifications, produce deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements.

You should possess expertise in the business unit(s) supported, and will assist in business process redesign.  You will analyze data captured to assess program effectiveness and develop predictive models to identify business development opportunities. You will provide recommendations to management on findings and to ensure data and goals are in adherence with standard procedures and policies.  You will provide ad hoc reporting and analysis that involve large scale and complex functions as requested.

As the Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you should possess specialized knowledge data manipulation and data analytics.  You will provide analytical work to assigned area. You should also possess an advanced knowledge of the healthcare field, and will apply knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area.  You will manage, organize, and analyze data or other information.  You will act as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.  You will apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work.  Some evaluation, originality or ingenuity will be required.  Generally, you will be assigned more complex and difficult assignments and will work with greater discretion and latitude.  You may assist lower level staff by providing technical advice and guidance.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and enhance business applications, reporting, and analysis solutions with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the business application, data, and system. Partner with internal and external departments to improve processes, detail of data, and business application capability. Drive and lead business application project initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify upgrades and development of new functionality with current business applications Leverage business operations including strengths and opportunities with business application capability to maximize business unit productivity.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
  • 5 years of business/systems analysis/analytical experience
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, relational database, Alteryx, Power BI and PC skills
  • Ability to build, develop and implement appropriate technical solutions to address business needs
  • Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations
  • Experience presenting information to diverse audiences including senior leadership
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
