As Digital Marketing Lead you will partner with several teams and external stakeholders to implement digital and multi-channel activities, and contribute in planning and strategizing for digital health solutions campaigns, cooperating with strategic partners on digital solutions for management of electronic health records and databases. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Digital Marketing lead will be a member Commercial Team assisting and supporting in:

  • designing, planning and strategizing for marketing campaign execution including content, content schedule, platforms, and measurements
  • in cooperation with strategic partners on digital solutions for electronic health records and databases
  • developing and implementing digital and Multichannel activities and campaigns
  • creating and updating digital content across websites
  • developing content and materials to promote our channels
  • reporting and performance tracking

Your key activities will include:

  • Collaborate with teams in supporting the creation and adaptation of online content
  • Collaborate with strategic partners on digital solutions for electronic health records and databases
  • Maintain, update and publish content on Roche websites
  • Support websites reviewing process: areas to improve, delete, or revise
  • Support measuring and monitoring digital activities and translate into insights
  • Create email marketing campaigns
  • Managing CRM Digital information 
  • Assist multichannel tactical implementation
  •  Perform ad-hoc digital marketing tasks

Key requirements:

  • Degree in digital marketing, communications, marketing or advertisement
  • Fluent in English and Latvian
  • Passionate with internet, mobile, technology and its latest trends
  • Desire to learn, proactive, self-motivated, high level of independent and service oriented
  • Digital communication/marketing (web, email, social media, SEM, SEO)
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • CMS and advanced MS Office skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Curious and creative, think out of the box, investigate new ideas and ability to understand business and customer needs
  • Teamwork, collaboration, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and planning skills, to support the management of multiple stakeholders and projects
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, Photoshop and HTML/CSS are desirable
