Manage Key Account and Ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory

           

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Work with Regional Sales Manager to assist in achieving the overall goals of the company:
  • Plan and develop business strategy for territory assigned
  • Ensure efficient implementation key actions to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure proper and detailed projects planning for assigned territory for all market segment
  • Ensure efficient implementation of all projects secured
  • Assign sales targets and incentive calculation for field force
  • Assists in annual budget planning and instrument forecasting
  • Reports the key account status and competitor activities on a regular basis
  • Ensure proper documentation preparation of documents for tender and turnkey projects
  • Source and collects competitive intelligence and competitor activities information
  • Assist in special project management (eg : user meet/booth/exhibition)
  • Takes up new accounts opening
  • Key Account Management
  • Manage existing Key Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
  • Develops new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
  • Develops and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
  • Pro-active and creative problem solving in managing customers complaint and expectations management
  • Calls on customers to inform about Roche Diagnostics products/services, and explain characteristics, clinical background/ implications and clinical studies conducted with the products
  • Promotes, displays’ and/or demonstrates product to customers with the objective to close deal
  • Conducts sales activities according to promotional strategies/initiatives set by the Business Areas and/or Marketing Team
  • Enters customer data and other sales data for current and new customers into Pro Clarity
  • Provide guidance to Field Force to propose attractive product bundling proposal to customers
  • Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor in Health/Science or Pharmacist
  • Multi-national companies in a similar industry with sales experience for at least 5 years is preferred
  • Sales experience in related industry is required
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Language Skills

                Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
