Account Executive will be responsible in manage sales, customer relationships and promoting the full range of products for which you are responsible, and other products as required, to all accounts in the designated territory so as to meet or exceed the associated in-market sales target of Roche Diagnostics Indonesia (RDI) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Meer or exceed Sales target by territory by conducting marketing plans, work together with 3PL, and analysing account on planning activities
  • Establish good direct business contacts with key customers to achieve professional business relationship
  • Actively seek out and develop business opportunities for all RDI products and services including market information and competitor activity and report to the Manager
  • Complete all requests for feedback by the deadline e.g:  account reports, market intelligence, etc
  • Maintain resources and materials (contract documentation, installation process, supply chain process, etc.) in excellent condition

You have to obtain Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Life Sciences and related area and have 2 years experience in related area (Sales or Marketing in Healthcare Industry). Furthermore, you have qualification as follows:

  • Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes
  • Focus and able to achieve results without constant supervision
  • Able to accommodate pressures from internal and external
  • Have strong desire of learning new products and new business areas
  • Able to converse and write in English
  • Computer skill
