Main responsibilities:

  • Serving as a trusted partner for the talent acquisition related solutions which influence business decisions

  • End to end position and candidate management for the dedicated department within Roche

  • Possessing talent, market and skills expertise in order to identify, develop and acquire the best talents

  • Strongly contribute to the delivery of the TA strategy

  • Delivering face to face interviews with the hiring managers

  • Understanding Roche (SSC) business and competitor’s strategy to identify solutions and provide business impact

  • Developing talent market and skills expertise in order to identify, develop and acquire the best talents

  • Conducting market intelligence: Utilize market data analysis to predict industry trends and build competitive advantage

  • Strategic sourcing and pipelining: Engage passive talent for current and future demands, candidates with complex roles

  • Setting and executing sourcing strategy on specific hiring projects

  • Identifying the best recruitment sources (i.e. job boards, social media, & new recruitment technologies, etc.)

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent acquisition

  • Good verbal and written communication and team management skills

  • BSc degree, preferably in Human Resources Management

  • Good communication and influencing skills

  • Client orientation

  • Proactive and growth mindset

  • Accuracy

  • Very good skills in English and in international & intercultural collaboration
