Job purposes/Job summary  
•    Manage Account and Ensure Sales Achievement in Assigned Territory
•    Assist District Sales Manager in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following (other duties may be assigned)

•    Manage existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
•    Develops new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
•    Develops and maintains good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
•    Ensure proper and detailed projects planning for assigned territory for all market segment
•    Pro-active and creative problem solving in managing customers’ complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
•    Project Manager Role for projects planning and implementation (eg: on-site upgrading of analyzers)
•    Prepare Quotes, gets orders, prepares sales proposal and contracts for customers
•    Co-ordinates with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
•    Ensure timely and proper information gathering from customers for tenders opening as means to secure the deal
•    Provide feedback on customer needs and manage customers’ expectations pro-actively
•    Calls on customers to inform about Roche Diagnostics products/services, and explain characteristics, clinical background/ implications and clinical studies conducted with the products
•    Promotes, displays’ and/or demonstrates product to customers with the objective to close deal
•    Work closely with Professional Service team to deliver the post-sales service for the maximum customers’ satisfaction.
•    Conducts sales activities according to promotional strategies/initiatives set by the Business Areas and/or Marketing Team
•    Compiles customer database/information/market surveys for use as sales leads
•    Source and collects competitive intelligence and competitor information and reports to management
•    Assist to conduct Basic Operation Training for all products whenever necessary
•    Assist and provide guidance to Account Representative for all the above
•    Assist District Sales Manager in relieving their duties whenever necessary

Education and Qualification:  

•    Bachelor in Health/Science
•    Multi-national companies in a similar industry with sales experience at least 3 years is preferred
