Delivery Excellence (DE) is an area specialized in the continuous improvement of processes into the IT Operational landscape. DE assures IT Infrastructure Operations enter a virtuous cycle of improvement that leads them to leaner, more productive, efficient, reliable, predictable and adaptable working processes.
Support on IT conformance-related topics to achieve a continuous audit readiness for the global IT Operations teams. This includes preparing, executing, tracking and following up until proper closure of the eventual findings / recommendations from inspections/audits with targeting Infrastructure Services
Automation of the infrastructure deployment process and operations controls to adhere on security and compliance requirements with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and legacy IT Infrastructure
Contribute to the upkeep of the appropriate knowledge on regulatory matters in global IT Operations in a continuous integration and continuous delivery of IT Infrastructure environment following best practises and tools to make delivery faster, more consistent and error-free
Collaborate on setting up an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to support and maintain the ISO 27001 certification
Follow IT Infrastructure Services Risk Management guidelines in order to ensure that the right level of risk is understood, managed and controlled
Provides support for Infrastructure Services teams and the Document Administration Office in regards to the Group Informatics Document Standards and regulatory requirements (Good Documentation Practices, Computerized System Validation, IT Infrastructure Qualification approach, GxP, etc.)
Understanding and ability to run resiliency analysis and facilitate the usage of the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) framework to support DR activities as well as potential coordination of IT Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements
For this position, the ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27031, ISO 27001 and ITIL best practises. Related certifications will be a plus
Knowledge in Agile practises and Lean methodologies will be a plus
Knowledge of technical documentation in a regulated environment
Drive for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
Service oriented and Agile mindset.
Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics as well to adapt to changing environment/technologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deliverables, and stakeholders.
Excellent customer care skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English language skills are a must).
Flexible working hours are necessary to accommodate occasional meetings across different time zones including availability to travel abroad.
