Job Summary :
Responsible for marketing planning, marketing activity, and team management for Central Lab System Solution. Enlarge product utilization in operation and analyze the rationality between revenue generation and license combination.
•Plan, execute and monitor product portfolio management including product launching, product obsolescence, and product registration for the products assigned in line with corporate strategies.
•Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) development and management in relation to focus product portfolio and marketing initiatives, including consultants, medical laboratory personnel and patients.
•Identify opportunities and challenges in the market, develop realistic marketing plans and establish annual sales forecast for the products assigned in line with corporate strategies.
•Monitor product performance of assigned product portfolio and adjust plans accordingly. Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the products.
•Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, collect and analysis the competitive intelligence, and propose the plan to response.
•Establish relationship with customers, relevant health societies, organizations and government agencies for market relevant information such as updates, issues and future healthcare trends that is relevant to the business.
•Manage opportunities and challenges in the market by instrument installation database, license utilization, and related data analysis which enlarge to sales revenue.
•Lead team adapts to change and drive business results under new business environment.
At least Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics, Molecular Science, Bioscience, Medical discipline or other Appropriate Science.
- 8-year experience in Sales, and/or Marketing Team Management experience in the industries such as medical device/ in vitro diagnostics/ pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in Biochemistry, Immunology, or Central Lab System is a plus.
