The Commercial Contract Specialist is part of the team Contract Execution within the department Commercial Operations. The department works closely with every operational team in the Belgian affiliate. The department offers advice and support that helps making fact based decisions on contracts with our customers. We also strive for a smooth execution of the contracts’ lifecycle management, from the initial quote to the final expiry or termination of a contract.
As a Commercial Contract Specialist, you are assigned to a specific territory in the three Belgian regions. Your key responsibilities are amongst others:
You are a key contact person with the Sales, Customer Support as well as the Finance teams and ensure optimal execution of the contracts with them. You continuously strive to optimize the collaboration and the current processes.
You will implement and monitor the signed commercial contracts in our IT systems, including ERP, from ordering of the equipment until the invoicing. You bring structure in a large amount of information and extract customer reports helping the Sales colleagues in their customer interactions.
