We are looking for an experienced SCRUM Master with Agile Coach experience. You shall have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience working with Scrum methodologies.
A person with experience in agility, passionate and interested in developing complex Agile framework in an environment of agile scaling. Knowledge of other methodologies and frameworks, to adopt the one that best suits the needs of the team or the organization (Lean, Kanban, etc.).
As an Agile coach, you feel comfortable transmitting knowledge and energizing meetings (you must have soft skills as a trainer, facilitator, coach, communicator).

Desirable experience in launching and executing Agile transformation in an organization.
You will be our ideal candidate if you have/are:
Relevant Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Life Sciences, Business; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a successful Scrum Master, experience in Information Technology is a plus
excellent communication and mentoring and coaching skills.
good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
very well organized: you are able to prioritize, you keep yourself focused and you always pay attention to detail.
motivated by challenges, and you don’t get easily overwhelmed when there are lots of things to do.
smart and fast-learner, but humble enough to give and accept constructive feedback.
excellent English language skills (additional languages a plus)
Facilitating work without coercion, assigning, or dictating how it is delivered.
Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization.
Working closely and coordinated with other Scrum Masters and management, promoting the use of Agile
Supporting and educating the organization, particularly with respect to refining and managing the product backlog in an Infrastructure environment
Running training sessions and workshops for Scrum teams and other staff.
Driving the Scrum / Agile practices and processes agreed by the Scrum Team and is empowered to see that they are followed, but should be open to change and focus on facilitation wherever possible
