1. Complete gap analysis between global quality document and local existing procedures. 完成总部质量文件和本地文件的差距分析。
2. Collect training needs, summarize into training matrix, assign to relevant trainees. 收集培训需求,汇总至培训矩阵中,并指派给相应的受训人。
3. Managing complaint handling, training on process, system and global document, classify PRI, AE report according to local regulation. Monitoring and analyzing product inquiry and complaint KPIs, and performing corrective and improvement actions if necessary.投诉管理,对流程、系统及总部相关文件通知进行当地的培训,鉴别提交PRI,按照当地法规要求进行不良事件报告。对产品问询和质量投诉的关键指标进行监测及分析,必要时及时采取纠正改进措施。
4. Collect, verify and fill in Material Master, Vendor Master and Customer Master data in PDC system. 收集、确认并在SAP系统中填写物料主数据、供应商主数据、客户主数据。
5. QFF handling and interactions with 3rd party LSP. 质量反馈表的处理和与第三方物流服务提供商的衔接
6. Sales Authorization Letter initiating and completion. 销售人员授权书的整理及归档。
7. Other Compliance and Quality projects or tasks assigned by Line Manager 主管指派的其他任务
8. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动
