The Agile Coach works with the organisation through a wide mandate (coaches and challenges teams, executives, affiliate transformation leads and other change agents), helping to ensure we achieve better outcomes and reach more patients faster by creating an agile mindset, and enabling and embedding agile performance and practice methodologies across Pharma International. As the Agile Coach you will be part of the Pharma International Transformation Office, and work together with other Agile Coaches, Community Engagement Managers, and Project Managers. You will be the catalyst for Pharma International transformation.

Your responsibilities as an Agile Coach include:

  • Coach and mentor individuals and teams in Agile mindset and behaviours

  • Enable the development and sustainability of communities of practices across Pharma International, fosters collaboration and network behaviors between affiliates and above-affiliate teams

  • Provide sprint planning support for international design teams

  • Help define if sprint is needed

  • Co-define sprint scope, resources, outcomes

  • Identify possible duplications with other sprints/ communities

  • Facilitate agile principles onboarding and ongoing coaching of Sprint Lead, depending on the needs and expected impact

  • Develop and evolve toolkit of transformation practices for use across affiliates

  • Facilitate above-country sprints and within affiliates when needed

  • Provide training for leaders and team members

  • 1 position available

  • Location flexible, with a preference within time zones CET -1 to CET +3 and commutable distance to a Roche office
