- Supports the l ead of MASPI integrated access strategy team to lead cross-functional efforts within CAMAC as well as business, medical, strategic planning and related divisional teams through the develop ing and implementation of impactful access strategies including compelling and differentiated product-specific customer value propositions, pricing strategy including multi-tier financing mechanism, reimbursement strategy for public financing, and channel strategy for patient access as an integrated and holistic access strategy - Collaborates with highly matrixed cross-functional teams within SRPL as well as global and Asia Pacific regional pricing and market access functions, leads local analyses or actively supports regional or global projects that drive identification of market access insights across payers, policy makers, providers of healthcare services, physicians, and patients to inform comprehensive and inclusive access strategies and respective PRC initiatives - Supports the IPST initiatives to e nsure SRPL market access perspective is incorporated into global and Asia Pacific regional pricing and market access strategy - Supports the coordinat ion and planning of Roche China Pricing Committee (PC) meetings to review designated pricing events - Develop SRPL pricing and financing proposals including PAP design, and submit for global pricing management endorsement and concurrence Supports line manager to e stablish and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders in health technology pricing and financing, especially for pharmaceuticals
