Responsible for formulating & implementing compensation strategy that attract & retain talent by ensuring competitiveness & continuously refining relevant policies, managing the Compensation of employees which covers end to end payroll process, personnel budget and expenses, HR administration related to Industrial Relations settlement. Reporting to the Senior Performance & Rewards Management Manager , your further responsibilities are:

  • Facilitate managers and employees in understanding performance management principles and meeting job objectives and job accountability
  • Assist Manager to monitor mid-year performance review, on-going performance review, multi inputs feedback, and annual performance review
  • Develop & propose compensation strategy to attract & retain talents, key contributors & high performers
  • Manage end to end process of Roche Connect, from new contribution registration, payment to termination
  • Prepare monthly salary payment (end to end payroll process), monthly and annual reports related to salary, benefit and headcounts matters
  • Assist Manager in preparing personnel budget based on approved headcount and assist Manager in salary & fringe benefit survey
  • Prepare the turnover data and any other data / reports required by the Management and prepare all documents required for employee termination as required by company policy
  • Assist Manager in industrial relations settlement & prepare the severance payment calculation

You have a Bachelor/Masters Degree from a reputable University (local/overseas) majoring in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Economics, with minimum of 3 years of working experience in the same role, preferably in pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A thorough understanding of the Human Resources Processes, particularly in Performance Management & Compensation
  • Possess business partnering & collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills
  • Possess analytical skill & problem solving skills
  • Able to converse and write in English and computer literate
