Supporting and advising SHE manager and line management in S&H matters. Promoting S&H in the Company based on the local and global Roche S&H objects and goal. Supporting the organization for compliance with local legal regulations and with Roche S&H provisions. Supporting line management in S&H training for employees. Developing and maintaining a system for receiving, documenting and responding to S&H related reports and complaints. Ensuring that a risk analysis process is implemented and documented. Timely and actively representing and defending S&H requirements in projects and ensuring their implementation. Conducting periodic S&H inspections. Reporting critical S&H situations. Monitoring and documenting: the implementation of S&H programs and action plans, especially S&H measures planned in order to close identified gaps; accidents and incidents; occupational injuries and illnesses; the status and progress of actions related to S&H goals and targets. Compiling and documenting the S&H KPIs: used for monitoring the trend towards the S&H goals; used by the management as a basis for their S&H plans; for S&H reporting. Reviewing and supporting the communication of S&H related information and documentation. Advising local (Roche external) emergency response teams in the event of incidents, including transport accidents involving Roche products. Establishing and maintaining the local (Roche internal) emergency management (LEM) system. Managing financial provisions for legacy health and environmental liabilities, together with the finance department? Establishing and maintaining contacts with the local S&H authorities, professional organizations, scientific bodies and the public. Work as SHE partner, directly support to Facility & Engineering Department on SHE operation and work with other SHE partners for other departments. Provide SHE Support to CAPEX projects in various phases to be fully compliant with local SHE regulations and internal requirements. Support local TSA (Transportation Safety Advisor) on the dangerous goods transportation to comply with the international and national transportation regulations. Support on quality compliance by managing the physical examination. Ensure new chemical introduction fully compliance by comply with both local and international laws and regulations. Lead S&H related programs, such as ergonomics improvement, regular occupational hygiene assessment.
