Roche Diagnostics is committed to provide healthcare professionals with digital decision support solutions that transform patient care and have launched the NAVIFY brand, with the first product being NAVIFY Tumor Board solution.
We are seeking a Hospital IT Leader to join the newly formed Clinical Decision Support team in Asia Pacific. You determine target hospital IT system requirements and compatibility with NAVIFY products/solutions. You support pre-sales effort and coordinate with relevant disease area leader and functions in order to tailor customer solutions, implement these solutions as well as manage after sales support. You collaborate to find new business opportunities at customer or potential customer sites.
As the technical lead for the region, you are the go-to person when it comes to assessing hardware and software compatibility / requirements and providing advice/solutions. You will represent Asia Pacific in global meetings on all IT portfolio discussions around diagnostics information solutions and act as the conduit between global and affiliates across Asia Pacific.
The role will be based in Singapore, regional office for Asia Pacific, and report to the Executive Director, Clinical Decision Support, Asia Pacific.
International travel of around 50% will be required for this role.
Who you are
You are someone who influences your own development, pursues your interests across functions and geographies, and understands that a job title is not the final definition of who you are, but a starting point.
You should possess a degree (or higher) in Information Technology / Management, Computer Science or equivalent. You are well-versed in both hardware and software and have at least eight years of experience working with healthcare systems and data, preferably in the hospital IT environment. It is highly desirable if you keep abreast of medical trends/developments affecting the way we design / deliver IT solutions. You have demonstrated the ability to manage integration projects from concept to launch as well as translate requirements into technically workable solutions.
You have strong interpersonal skills to work with and influence a myriad of stakeholders, including senior management, in a highly matrix organization, without direct authority. You are solution-oriented, understand complex workflows and able to innovative and workable solutions. You explain complex technical issues in a concise and clear manner and are not afraid to challenge status quo. You are highly proficient in written and spoken English.
