•Develop and execute the business plan of Molecular Information (MI) offerings in China. This includes brand marketing,  and associated business strategies, and tactics.
•Responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to support the overall brand strategy in China.
•Assist in the development of comprehensive corporate planning/strategy on selected new business opportunities including meeting external stakeholders (providers and payers).
•Work closely with key APAC teams, GPS “Molecular Information” team, and SPRL functional team to execute plans to maximize the uptake of Molecular Information.


•Drive implementation, coordination and alignment on marketing initiatives and activities across Regional and Affiliate teams.
•Support development of a robust business plan for Molecular Information in China.
•Involved in the planning and execution of events and China advisory board.
•Identify opportunities for growth of Molecular Information products and follow-up with key accounts/KOLs during launch phase.

Key Activities

•Develop and execute the marketing plans for Molecular Information in China.
•Member of the China Business Team – Molecular Information with responsibility for preparing relevant marketing materials.
•In consultation with the China Business Unit Head, develop KPIs to measure and report on Plan progress, effectiveness, and ROI.
•Localize the global brand/franchise vision for China by aligning marketing activities, and supporting regional implementation meetings and other task forces.
•Provide analytic insights and expertise to the regional leadership team to help develop strategies for MI and track performance.
•Monitors sales and trend analyses to ensure brand marketing strategies, plans and tactics achieve revenue, market share, customer satisfaction and profit targets.
•Work with the SRPL teams to support the market shaping activities including strategies to launch successfully and increase market access.
•Support achievement of franchise goals and targets by identifying, networking and developing appropriate and compliant HCP and other contacts in China.
•Develop and implement affiliate/key account strategies, plans and tactics to address growth targets in order to build MI’s customer base during launch.
•Adhere to Roche Corporate principles, policies and practices.
