As a Junior Procurement and Contract Specialist, you will support the procurement processes and contract preparation in the affiliate.
Your role will entail:
- Contacting suppliers, obtaining offers and creating purchase requests for different departments.
- Supporting bidding process including maintaining documentation, organizing the meetings and facilitate evaluation activities.
- Maintaining the supplier tool and vendor master data management tool including new vendor creation.
- Preparing the contracts and maintaining the documents storage.
- Organizing the company events.
- Supporting the car fleet management process.
