As an Executive Assistant and HR Specialist your role will entail:
- Carrying out clerical, phone and administrative responsibilities.
- Managing travel arrangements.
- Conducting in-depth researches to collect relevant data and compile reports including the data confirmation if necessary.
- Preparing and revising presentations and spreadsheets for company meetings.
- Organizing internal events and trainings.
- Preparing the records for the monthly payroll including managing of personnel documents.
- Communicating HR policies to the entire organization.
- Managing recruitment activities such as posting job advertisement, contacting the candidates, etc.
