Technical Product Specialist (Czech, Slovak Speaker)

What you can expect:

  • To support our national and international customers and field employees on the telephone, email and remote access by solving their enquiries and technical problems;
  • Conduct customer and employee technical trainings including hardware and software cases in the customer support centre and in the customer laboratory;
  • As a specialist, you support our field service representatives on site in Czech Republik and Slovakia,  during complex situations such as troubleshooting for analytical instruments or systems, technical maintenance, configuration, updates and installations.
  • Be the interface between customers, field force and global divisions, and deliver technical solutions for complex support cases ensuring a results-oriented and first-class service for our customers.
  • To support new product launches, information and knowledge transfer and technical product updates for our customers;
