The Regional Costumer Support Center (RCSC) is responsible for assisting customers in terms of various technical and application topics related with our in-vitro diagnostics systems. From Mannheim we serve customers from seven counties: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Turkey, Belgium and the Netherlands. As an intern you are part of an international highly qualified support team at the interface between technology, science and business administration working on customer related projects.
- Besides learning how the service of Roche is structured, you will get to know the different Service departments and the Roche product portfolio. In addition you gain experience of our customers’ needs and how the work in laboratories and clinics look like.
- Through supporting our technical specialists in their daily work, you will become acquainted with the operation and maintenance of our laboratory systems.
- Apart from solving technical problems on your own you work on internal projects like process optimization.
