As an Implementation Project Manager, you are one key player that contributes to our Innovation and Stellar Experience for All. As an active member of the Roche Support Network, you will support our key accounts at critical phases of the customer journey: Pre-buying, Implementation and Transformation. Your understanding of the healthcare industry and/or the lab environment will be paramount in delivery our programs and projects aligned on our customers’ goals, strategies and expected value.
What you will do
In your region, you will manage and oversee your program and project portfolio that cover multiple business areas and customer/key account types. Leaning on your strong people and leadership skills and team based approach; you will successfully drive, along with our key accounts and internal stakeholders, the implementation and transition of Roche solutions within our customer’s environment.
Engage and mobilize a cross-functional team, you will be accountable for delivering successful solutions to the market by co-creating and coordinating activities and tasks such as:
Resourcing, risk mitigation plans and strategies with the highest level of minutia and collaboration with Roche and its partners.
Project workshops as per project phase: resourcing, risk analysis and mitigation, timelines, communication and stakeholder management strategies and plans to sustain high engagement and sponsorhip, etc.
Program, project and business reviews to ensure proper scope and goal alignment.
Internal and external project and program delivery meetings
Develop and evolve our tools as per industry standards and, moreover, to secure the projected Customer Experience for our implementations.
Be a catalyst for change management; actively supporting our customers’ transitions from their current to future solutions.
As a project management ambassador, you will keep challenging status quo by evolving our approaches and processes, to increase the value delivered by our implementation best practices; a strong asset that differentiates Roche to the market.
You will collaborate with commercial colleagues such as Sales, to support early customer engagement in the customer journey by attending check-in’s, meetings and presentations.
Collaborate with the commercial team in elaborating RFP responses to strategically position Roche for success.
Support all performance management and capacity planning tools as the foundation of our key performance indicators (KPI’s) and/or objectives and key results (OKR’s) to guide our operational and strategic decisions across the customer journey.
Support all admin tasks directly or indirectly related to project execution, i.e. expense and mileage reports.
What you will need to be successful
College degree in lab technology, Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (preferred) or engineering.
7+ years working experience with a focus on Program and Project Management in the healthcare industry.
Exposure to the laboratory environment is considered a strong asset.
Recognized Project Management certification (PMP) or in process of acquisition advantageous.
High level of proficiency with Office and Google Suite, more specifically Smartsheet, Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
Bilingual not mandatory but considered an asset.

Ability to travel up to 20% annually (could vary depending on where the candidate is based
