What to expect:

As Department Head CIR Workflow Solutions (m/f/d) in the area of Case Investigation & Resolution (CIR), the following challenging tasks await you within the Quality Organization of Roche Diagnostics GmbH:

  • You ensure that the CIR Workflow (WF) Solutions department and tasks are efficiently managed across subteams, on time and within the planned budget

  • As part of your leadership role, you will live the ‘Roche Leadership Commitments’, promote a positive team culture and coach, support and inspire the members of your team

  • You ensure that the responsible standard processes are established and implemented in accordance with the overriding objectives and specifications.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the Case Investigation and Resolution Process and the accompanying communication process are continuously developed and improved in accordance with regulatory requirements. In this way, you continuously optimize the entire case handling process.

  • You ensure that the interfaces to the life cycle teams and the country organizations are maintained and further developed to enable efficient and smooth collaboration.

  • Furthermore, you will regularly check the quality of complaints processing and documentation as well as Capa Management (if applicable) and analyze feedback from customer satisfaction surveys with the aim of continuous improvement.

  • You have profound knowledge of regulatory and quality-related requirements, especially in the field of compliance (e.g. FDA)

  • Amongst an open and clear communication behavior you feature an exceptional structured and outcome-oriented way of working

  • On a daily basis you demonstrate problem-solving and strategic agility abilities and you stay focused and calm under high pressure

  • You convince through your cooperative approach to problem solving and your confident appearance

  • Furthermore, you are able to build up strong networks and move confidently within a global network on any hierarchy level

  • Fluent English skills round off your profile
