Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标(岗位简介)

Act as a Business Partner to Business Units/Functions and communicate and train Company Compliance Standards (incl. Roche Group Code of Conduct, Roche directives and Company Policies) to Business Units/Functions.  

Support enhancement of compliance controls and provide compliance support to Business Units/Functions.

  • Act as a compliance business partner for the assigned Business Units/Functions;

  • Communicate Company Compliance Standards;

  • Support the creation of the annual compliance training plan;

  • Prepare and execute compliance trainings based on the compliance training plan;

  • Support business leaders to strengthen the compliance related management skills and accountability;

  • Review and advice on business activities to reduce compliance risks;

  • Advise compliance standards, communicate best business practices and answer compliance related inquiries;

  • Enter compliance questions and answers into Central Compliance Q+A Register;

  • Deliver regular updates/feedback to Business Units/Functions heads about the respective trainings, observations, current trends and specific challenges;

  • Report compliance evidence (e.g.  compliance training record).

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

 

Education/Qualifications 教育程度/所获资格证书

  • University degree (preferably BA or LS);

  • 3+ years of experience as compliance business partner / in training and communication of compliance standards (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry);

  • Experience in marketing or sales environment;

  • Experience in giving presentations and/or trainings
