Implementation of strategic and tactical goals and plans
- Build strong communication and relationship with internal cross-function department colleagues
- To ensure appropriate targeting message delivery between cross-function and Biomarker Area Expertise(BAE)
- Responsible for implementation of effective strategic and tactical medical goals and plans for cross disease area product
- Actively and continuously provide input on supply requirements to the logistics department
Accountable for cooperate with healthcare organizations and government
- To develop and maintain working relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers
- Interaction with key opinion leaders and decision makers – gathering insights and emerging needs to create innovative business opportunities and improve tactical plan
- Skilled operate applications and implement GSD effectively
Internal projects and meetings design and execution
- Closely cooperate with internal cross-function department colleagues
- Design and execute internal projects, trainings and meetings as needed
Team innovation and optimization
- Explore and develop digital methods to integrate cross-function resources and improve working efficiency
- Optimize cross-function projects to avoid resources reused
Ensure strictly adherence to the company’s policies, SOP and local regulations for all medical science initiatives for assigned product
Qualification and Experience
Education/Qualifications
- College degree or above
- CET-4 or above
Leadership Competencies
- At least 5 year working experience
- >3 year experience in project and meeting management in a pharmaceutical organization
Job Required Competencies
- Proactive working attitude
- Strong organize and coordinate teamwork skill
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in using Microsoft office applications, including word, power point and excel
