In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:
Develop and implement product marketing initiatives in line with global positioning and messaging for assigned product.
Implement marketing plan approved through educational and promotional marketing activities.
Work closely with advertising agency/medical journals/printing houses on advertising campaign or other production or relevant promotional pieces.
Analyze market and competitive activities. Evaluate the implementation of marketing plan of respective product.
Constantly seek new business opportunities with existing or new products. Regularly reaching agreed targets to ensure business growth.
Work closely with Medical and Commercial team to ensure that marketing activities planned are implemented effectively and in-line with product objectives.
Develop close relationships with doctors, especially with KOLs, hospitals, and institutions of assigned product
You will demonstrate the following qualities:
Bachelor degree holder, preferably majoring in Pharmacy/Medical Doctor/Bio-technology.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management/Marketing within Pharmaceutical/medical devise/healthcare industry.
Knowledgeable in the dynamics of hospital and healthcare industry in Indonesia. Established relationship with relevant KOLs is an advantage.
Excellent project management skill, with sound communications and stakeholder management ability.
Strategic thinking ability with sound commercial acumen and long term vision.
Detail oriented and structured with strong follow-up and follow-through.
Self-motivated, persistent, creative and resourceful individual.
Collaborative, and strong adherence to business ethics/compliance.
Excellent communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
