In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Develop and implement product marketing initiatives in line with global positioning and messaging for assigned product.

  • Implement marketing plan approved through educational and promotional marketing activities.

  • Work closely with advertising agency/medical journals/printing houses on advertising campaign or other production or relevant promotional pieces.

  • Analyze market and competitive activities. Evaluate the implementation of marketing plan of respective product.

  • Constantly seek new business opportunities with existing or new products. Regularly reaching agreed targets to ensure business growth.

  • Work closely with Medical and Commercial team to ensure that marketing activities planned are implemented effectively and in-line with product objectives.

  • Develop close relationships with doctors, especially with KOLs, hospitals, and institutions of assigned product

You will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Bachelor degree holder, preferably majoring in Pharmacy/Medical Doctor/Bio-technology.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management/Marketing within Pharmaceutical/medical devise/healthcare industry.

  • Knowledgeable in the dynamics of hospital and healthcare industry in Indonesia. Established relationship with relevant KOLs is an advantage.

  • Excellent project management skill, with sound communications and stakeholder management ability.

  • Strategic thinking ability with sound commercial acumen and long term vision.

  • Detail oriented and structured with strong follow-up and follow-through.

  • Self-motivated, persistent, creative and resourceful individual.

  • Collaborative, and strong adherence to business ethics/compliance.

  • Excellent communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
