How is the recruitment process set up? What steps do I need to take?
At the end of assessment center, you will receive an extensive feedback on your performance; hence you will take with you a better understanding of who you are, your strengths and your development areas even if not selected as a final candidate. All Costs will be covered by Roche. -

What happens when I complete the HR Perspectives program?

Do I need to be able to speak any specific languages?Although Roche is a Swiss company, you are not expected to be able to speak German. Roche is a truly global company where German knowledge is not mandatory but fluency in English is expected. Additionally, you should speak at least one other language and demonstrate a will to learn other languages – after all, you want to make the most out of your assignments and don’t want to limit yourself due to language barriers.

If I am unsuccessful in my previous application, can I apply again?Applicants with unsuccessful applications in a given year can re-apply for the program as long as they continue to meet the eligibility criteria of the program.

Is a Swiss work permit prior to application necessary?Where necessary, Roche will provide the needed travel assistance for applicants at any stage of the selection process and during your assignment. It is therefore not required that applicants have residence permits or visas to Switzerland prior to application.

I am yet to graduate, am I eligible to apply?Students who are expected to graduate in the autumn of a given application period may apply.
