Our People

At Roche Vietnam, our people is our most important asset. We are proud of ourselves in attracting and developing the best talents. We embrace and celebrate our employees’ diverse backgrounds, nationalities, skills, experiences and perspectives. Built on our core values of integrity, passion, and courage. We provide a convenient and well facilitated working environment to spark innovations and grow leaders of the future. We are also committed to provide a good work-life balance through our Live Well Program so that our employees stay enthusiastic, productive, and engaged. In an increasingly competitive employment market, we, more than ever, recognize and value the contribution of our people to our success.

Another important contribution to Roche Vietnam’s success is our involvement with the local communities. We focus our resources on selected programs which make a profound and long-term difference to patients and the society. We pioneer in public-private partnership, and mobilize supports from a wide range of corporations and individuals to ensure our works are sustainable and extend beyond our reach. We created the first national breast cancer awareness campaign with our ‘We Care For Her’ project, while our ‘Kimo Story’ helps strengthen the fighting spirit of children with cancers. Our annual Children’s Walk gives each of our employees an opportunity to raise funds for vulnerable children in Malawi and right here in Vietnam.

Together, we will continue to foster a social responsibility, collaborative and performance-oriented  environment that allow our people to grow personally and professionally.
