Candy King, Director, Strategic Projects, Diversity and Inclusion for Roche Indy, has worked for more than a decade at Roche, focusing largely on Information Technology. But during her time at our Switzerland campus, she was inspired to pursue a new path: helping develop a culture of inclusivity and understanding—where all employees feel comfortable sharing their authentic selves and embracing others. And her efforts are making a difference.
