Three months ago I became Medical Manager, after working in a hospital clinic.

What do you think of your experience at Roche so far?

Absolutely positive: I'm gaining new skills every day in a variety of fields, from the purely scientific to the relations with colleagues in marketing.

Worth working for Roche because of…?

… taking an active part in a research and development program that puts the patient at the center and makes scientific information its landmark, without underestimating the serene atmosphere and the excellent teamwork that allow you to work with a smile every day.

My ideal journey

A journey into nature, changing destination daily among endless landscapes and cultures. The dream is get to see the sunrise from the top of Kilimanjaro.

My favorite sport

What brings man closer to heaven: climbing.

In the Pediatric Rheumatology ward, after seeing the positive effects of our drugs on patients.

How are your colleagues?

They are colleagues, mentors, fellow chatters and friends.

Describe your job in one sentence

In three months I think I've seen only one side of my job and I’m excited to add different details each day, and a sentence would contain too many commas to list them all!

How does Roche support you in your professional development?

Building with me my professional profile that is not a mere copy of a "job description", but a set of "objectives" and "accountabilities" that grow and change with me.

Doing now what patients need next’ means committing ourselves now, working to the best of our ability, to meet the needs of patients, including those still unexpressed.
