Our location
Roche a/s (Pharma) is located in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, just two minutes away from the motorway and 15 minutes from the airport. Public busses stop 200 meters from the building, and there are also good bike paths leading here, so a number of our employees go here by bike. We have a large parking lot, an indoor parking basement for bikes, and shower facilities.

Customer Strategy – SalesAt Roche we are focusing on areas of significant unmet medical needs and areas where we have the expertise to make a difference. To ensure that eligible patients can benefit from our innovative products, it is essential that healthcare professionals receive correct information and education on our products. So, once a product is ready to be introduced to the market, our sales and distribution departments take over, assuming responsibility for our ultimate success.
At Roche, sales and distribution means customer acquisition, customer care, market research, market analysis, the identification of new trends and the observation of our competition and much more. As a part of Costumer Strategy you will also represent Roche at trade fairs and congresses, perform sales presentations for special target groups such as physicians and health experts, and advise healthcare professionals on the proper application of our products.
By selling our products, you will develop strong relationships with customers at hospitals. You will work closely with your disease area colleagues from different departments such as Product Strategy, Medical, Market Access, External Affairs etc. You will have an important role in the team to deliver Roche medicines to the patient.

Country Clinical Operations - Clinical studies
Country Clinical Operations is part of the global Product Development Group where we implement global and local clinical programs for the successful development and registration of innovative drugs. By doing this, we support market access, making a difference in patients’ lives. We are the operational part of the organization where we initiate and manage clinical studies in all phases. "We bring protocols to life".

Finance and Operations
We drive business performance by providing insights leading to effective decisions and resource allocation across the company. We are business partners in finance, logistics, procurement and facilities. You join a high performing team striving the economic conscience of the company and focusing on creating gains for our customers.

External Affairs
In External Affairs we work with politicians, decision makers in the health care sector, NGOs and a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that our disease areas are prioritized, innovation rewarded and fast access to Roche medicines is maintained for the benefit of patients and society. We work to ensure that the pharmaceutical industry has the optimal framework conditions for conducting research, development, marketing, distribution and for providing information about medicines.
The department comprises three different disciplines: Communication, Public Affairs and Digital. -
Market Access
We are responsible for ensuring that Danish patients will receive fast and equal access to Roche’s new innovative products. In Market Access we focus on achieving fast funding for new products and indications via ”Medicinrådet” on the basis of our scientific documentation and furthermore to reach competitive prices through Amgros tenders. Moreover we focus on information gathering to show the value of our products.

MedicalIn Medical, we ensure that our work is done on the basis of the highest medical standards and that processes and procedures are followed and improved continuously.

Drug Safety and Medical Information
In the Drug Safety & Medical Information Department we are working customer oriented with both an internal and external focus. We are a dedicated team working with patient safety by taking care of all tasks associated with the safety of our drugs. In addition, we are handling medical information inquiries from health care professionals, patients, etc. In brief - we are working for delivering valuable insights regarding safety and medical information to advance products that patients need next.

Drug Regulatory Affairs and Quality Unit
In Drug Regulatory Affairs we take care of regulatory and quality tasks and thereby ensure the legal basis for sale and marketing of our products in Denmark and in Iceland.

Compliance and QualityTo be a respected business partner, Roche must be compliant and deliver quality. We help you to be compliant with Roche Code of Conduct, rules and directives, local regulation and ethical codes by giving information and support, and providing easy access to procedures and deliver training. Through systematic oversight and improvement of processes and procedures the quality of our daily work are secured constantly. Coordination of retention of all needed documentation is another important part of our business.
