Who we are

With around 80 people worldwide, Roche Partnering offers speed, flexibility, accessibility and decision making authority. Roche’s team is highly qualified and covers a diversity of roles: finders, analysts, negotiators, lawyers, due diligence managers, alliance management specialists, information specialists, and communications experts. We have offices in Basel (Switzerland), Nutley (USA), South San Francisco (USA), Tokyo (J), and Shanghai (China).

Roche searches for partners based on both strategic and cultural fits. We look for product opportunities in our five Disease Biology Areas of oncology, metabolism, CNS, inflammation and virology.

In research and technologies, we actively pursue opportunities in

• antibody generation, antibody engineering,
• intracellular and BBB targeting,
• Chemical Biology,
• Stem cell(s) and related technologies,
• Membrane bound structures,
• Peptides as tools for target discover & assay development,
• Peptides as therapeutics, synthetic generation or natural libraries for cell/tissue specific targeting and intractable/difficult targets.
