Introducing Roche’s new Finance Information System
Roche today announced that it has launched on its Investor Relations homepage an innovative online tool to facilitate and support the financial information needs of investors and others interested in Roche. As the latest example of Roche’s commitment to leadership in financial disclosure and transparency, the new Roche Finance Information System provides easy access and enhanced Excel downloading capability to Roche’s reported financial results.
Erich Hunziker, CFO of Roche said: “With this new information tool, Roche is pleased to be able to provide ever-improving financial transparency and visibility to its shareholders. The Roche Finance Information System provides all parties interested in modelling Roche the same high-quality financial information in an online, easy-to-use and downloadable format.”
In this new online system, Roche provides reported annual and half-yearly financial results and quarterly product sales at both constant and actual exchange rates. These data can be easily accessed and analysed online and subsequently downloaded into Excel for further analysis. Currently the system includes data for 2007 and for the first quarter of 2008. This will be updated on 24 July with Roche’s announcement of its half-yearly 2008 results.
The Roche Finance Information System can be accessed directly at http://www.roche.com/inv_rofis.htm.
Alternatively, the system can also be accessed on Roche’s Investor Relations website: http://ir.roche.com. The link to the Financial Information System can be found on the left-hand side labelled ‘Finance Information System’.
