Roche is committed to providing accurate, balanced information to health professionals, payers, consumers and the public. The marketing and sale of pharmaceutical and diagnostic products and services is highly regulated, and Roche goes to great lengths to ensure that it meets or exceeds all requirements.

Roche has established and implemented a number of guidelines on the design and use of promotional materials and activities, including websites and medical events. These guidelines, which apply throughout the Group, ensure that materals and activities comply with all legal requirements and restrictions.  In addition, Roche abides by the following guidelines and codes of practice:
