Oculomotorius paralysis
Paralysis of the external eye muscles which are served by the Nervus oculomotorius (third cranial nerve), the elevator palpebrae superioris or the internal eye muscles which are served by the parasympathetic side of the Nervus oculomotorius.

Causes
Mostly mechanical compression, disturbances in perfusion (e.g. in type 2 diabetes or type 1 diabetes) or inflammation in the region of the nerve.
