Roche needs to attract the most talented people to remain competitive. To do this, we must be seen as an employer of choice. We monitor perceptions of Roche as an employer through feedback from our employees and ratings in external employer of choice surveys (see table).

Our careers website

Prospective employees can use our careers website to search for jobs online. They can post their resumes and sign up to email notifications advertising new positions as they become available. Around 800 positions worldwide are waiting to be filled at any one time. The website enables us to reach far more people than any other media.

This facility is also available to existing employees through a careers intranet site. We encourage employees to develop their careers within Roche rather than looking elsewhere.
