We are currently looking for an outgoing representative person who can undertake an Executive Assistant role supporting the Head of Pharma Finance located in Basel.
- This is a job share. You will be required to act as back-up for an Executive Assistant within the office on Wednesday’s and Friday’s
General administrative tasks such as meeting organization (offsite/in-house events, video- teleconferences, WebEx), business travel coordination and organization of project support
Support of Leadership Team and Leadership events incl. preparation of the agendas, invitations and meeting materials
Recruitment interview program coordination
Get purchase orders in the ARIBA system for Vendors, coding of incoming invoices via ARIBA, tracking of purchase orders, settle travel/entertainment expenses with the expenses tool
