Sales Manager Central America & The Caribbean - Diabetes Care


Function objective 
  • Profitable Growth.
  • Development of business opportunities and sustaining competitive advantage, maximizing growth in individual accounts.
  • Achieve sales commitment for the countries assigned.
  • Development and monitoring of KPIs for supervised staff.
  • Develop business plan for each country while establishing business opportunities and priorities.
  • Carry out, Top to Top meetings with distributors in order to revise business results, actions plans and
     compliance with valid distribution agreements.
  • Monitor and manage local pricing in line with company guidelines.
  • Supervise the activities of local Account and Cluster Managers including areas such as:
    • Implementing sales and service strategies in each country
    • Supervising staff behavior in accordance with Roche Core Values and Competences
    • Coaching and giving feedback to Account and Cluster Managers.
    • Defining and evaluating action plans necessary to maximize value creation.
    • Implementation and monitoring of all Roche compliance, quality and regulatory policies
  • Manage the collection process with local distributors and customers; provide proactive feedback on critical
     accounts and initiate corrective actions in close cooperation with Controlling and Finance.
  • Safeguard confidentiality of all company matters and protect company assets.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team  in line with Roche leadership values.
