Junior Commercial Manager

The duties of the person holding this position will include, among others:
  • To be responsible for the overall management of the commercial/export processes, functions, procedures and activities in the assigned markets within the Management Center, combining successfully the interests of the countries, the customers and the employees 
  • To be responsible for developing and managing the distributors relationships in the assigned markets
  • To participate actively in the business development of the whole Management Center, especially in new markets, through the appropriate developing activities
  • To be the first point of contact in the Management Center for all questions arising concerning the assigned markets
  • To be responsible for the assigned markets/countries and ensure timely and accurate supply of products to these markets in close cooperation with the relevant Roche departments and functions
  • To coordinate projects and activities once these are approved by  Management Center Management Team
  • To coordinate, develop and support all the functional teams involved in commercial/export activities within the Management Center in order to meet and exceed the sales, profitability, growth and customer support goals of the Management Center
  • To implement the relevant Roche priorities
  • To monitor the implementation of the appropriate policies and strategies and ensure compliance to Corporate Directives
