Der Ventana PATHWAY® HER-2/neu (4B5) Primärantikörper ist ein monoklonaler Kaninchen-Antikörper für den semiquantitativen Nachweis des HER-2- Antigens in Schnitten von formalinfixiertem in Paraffin eingebettetem normalen und neoplastischen Gewebe. Er ist für die Beurteilung von Brustkrebspatientinnen angezeigt, für die eine HERCEPTIN-Behandlung erwogen wird.
