Roche hat eine Reihe von Unternehmenspolitiken, Weisungen, Positionen und Richtlinien in Kraft gesetzt, welche konzernweite Gültigkeit haben. Wir ermöglichen unseren Mitarbeitenden Zugang zu allen externen und internen Dokumenten, zum Beispiel über das Roche-Intranet und Dokumentenablagen an allen Standorten.
Die Roche-Konzerngrundsätze bilden zusammen mit den Roche Werten sowie den Weisungen, Richtlinien und Vorschriften von Roche den „Roche Code of Conduct“.
